Physical Wellbeing

As well as the benefits of keeping fit and healthy, eating well  and keeping on the move improves brain function and can reduce stress and sickness.

Well-designed, ergonomically appropriate work and study environments ensure people are comfortable and, ultimately, more productive.

Many of UNSW’s excellent sporting and fitness facilities are available outside of regular work and study hours and provide great opportunities to meet (and even compete with) other people in the uni community.
