The themes of R U OK? Day may cause distress. If you need to speak to someone on R U OK? Day, please come to the Courtyard and we will connect you with the counsellor. If a friend or colleague becomes distressed and needs help, please accompany them to the Courtyard and we will connect them with the counsellor.

Handouts from R U OK?, Headspace and beyondblue will be available as well as wallet cards with on-campus and off-campus help services listed..

Gratitude has proven benefits for both physical and mental health and can increase happiness and reduce depression. On R U OK? Day, why not take a moment to consider what you are grateful for? Write it on a postcard and hang it from our decorated gratitude tree.

Counselling and Psychological Services (CAPS) provides a free and confidential service to all students enrolled at UNSW. If the themes of R U OK? Day cause distress, please come to the Courtyard and a counsellor from CAPS will be available for students who need help.
