UNSW is dedicated to developing a culture of wellbeing across the organisation and we are recruiting staff volunteers to take on the role as Wellbeing Champions to help us with this important work.

Wellbeing Champions:

  • represent employees and provide feedback relating to improving occupational health and wellbeing at UNSW
  • actively promote the UNSW Wellbeing at Work program, whilst highlighting benefits of participation
  • communicate and discuss UNSW Wellbeing at Work program information and initiatives with employees and at staff meetings
  • advocate for and contribute to building a healthier UNSW community
  • be given the opportunity to provide feedback about wellbeing barriers and issues
  • have input into programs, services and campus events
  • be the first to know about upcoming wellbeing programs
  • receive invitations to events and special offers.
