Cooking Demonstration - You Can Make Friends with Salad

UNSW Wellbeing has arranged three cooking demonstrations across Health and Wellbeing Month. In these demonstrations, dietician Gemma Monaghan will take you through healthy, simple recipes that you can make at home, whilst explaining the different nutritional components and why they are important for your health. 

You are welcome to just tune in and watch, or join in the session and cook along with Gemma. Participants can also ask nutrition-related questions to Gemma during the event.

You Can Make Friends with Salad

Salads need not be boring. In this one-hour cooking demonstration, Gemma will demonstrate delicious and nutritious salad options that any level of cook can prepare. In this session, Gemma will prepare a Pumpkin and Chickpea Salad, as well as a Spinach, Beetroot and Feta Salad.
