Crunch - Core Strength and Conditioning

A low impact, core conditioning class, for those who want to improve their posture, support back and core health, find more ease in daily movements and assist is preventing injury. And of course, ideal for those wanting to tighten and strengthen their core! No experience required; this class is appropriate for all levels of fitness.

Equipment Required

Yoga mat or a towel.
