Get Up & Going - Beginner's Home Circuit
The beginner's home circuit class will provide a good workout for any fitness level and is an ideal session for those who are new to exercise classes. The home circuits are designed to use your body weight and only require standard household items to complete the series of exercises demonstrated.
Equipment Required
Only body weight and common household items (eg. a chair). A yoga mat or towel may be helpful.

This class will take place online, on Thursday 8 October from 11am-11.30am.
