Practical Tools for Micro Pauses

Practical Tools for Micro Pauses introduces a simple practical framework - Park, Pause, Prepare (the 3Ps) to support you in intentionally creating more micro pauses throughout your day. Micro pauses can better support your personal effectiveness and wellbeing.

The 3Ps framework broadly relates to:

  • Mindfulness
  • Emotional Intelligence

You will come away from the session with some practical tools to explore and experiment with to support your wellbeing.

This event will be held twice during Health, Safety and Wellbeing Month, on the following dates:

  • Wednesday 12 October, 12pm-12.45pm
  • Thursday 27 October, 12pm-12.45pm

Sessions will commence promptly at midday, so please log on to Zoom at least 3 minutes before the session start time to ensure technology is functioning correctly.
