Tools for Mental Wellness: Being More Embodied and Present in Your Everyday Life

You are a body. You are not just driving around in a flesh suit. This might seem like a strong statement, it might seem funny or it might seem obvious. Either way, can you take a little time to let it sink in. Every though and feeling that you have, be it dark or joyful, is an electrical impulse taking place inside you. Stress is a physical thing. It is not just an idea or a problem to be solved intellectually.

Through developing more bodily awareness on a regular basis, we hope to be more present in our everyday lives. This webinar will focus on taking the tools used in meditation and mindfulness and applying them to daily life. The aim is to live in a more rich, meaningful and grounded way by simply being more embodied.
