Come along to Rita Holland's popular workshop on wellbeing and resilience!

The broad aims of this workshop include and are not limited to:

  • Learn about the science of wellbeing and resilience
  • Understand stress and burn out
  • Explore nine techniques to increase well-being
  • Goal setting to build wellbeing and resilience
  • Create self-accountability and support for each other

This workshop will be held on Wednesday 2 September, from 9.30am - 12.30pm in the Mathews Building, Room 227.
