Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga offers restorative floor-based yoga postures, using long passive holds to stretch and release muscle tension, help promote blood circulation to joints and increase functional mobility. Mindfulness meditation is weaved into the Yin Yoga practice to cultivate self-awareness, calm and concentration.

Four Yin Yoga sessions will be offered during Health and Wellbeing Month in October, with one each week.


Time: All classes will be held from 1pm-1.30pm

Equipment Required: Yoga mat or a towel
