The Global Challenge is underway for 2019!

We  have 195 teams participating, or 1,365 staff members.

Hopefully by now everyone is up and running. For those still needing help to get going, here are some steps to follow:

  1. Ensure your account is activated by clicking the link in the welcome email you received from Virgin.
  2. Complete the profile questions to setup your account fully and receive your Lifestyle Score and Heart Age.
  3. Charge your Max Buzz and pair it with the mobile app for iOS or Android. If you are using your own device instead, instructions for connecting it can be found here.
  4. If you are experiencing difficulty with your account or your device, please click here

Enter Your Steps

After the first day, the step entry function opens in the app and online. Try to get into the habit of entering (manually or by sync) your steps every day. This ensures you don't miss any entries and helps you and your team to progress on the virtual map! For help with entering steps, click here.

What's New This Year?

Remember that this year, the Global Challenge will feature points for the first time. Points will be awarded for taking actions and engaging with the different parts of the program - it's not just all about steps! So take the time to have a look around the app or online portal - there's so much interesting stuff there that you won't want to miss!
