We are excited to invite you to join in our FREE New Beginners' Yoga classes for staff of UNSW and their immediate family members.

Diane Yuen is a UNSW Commerce graduate who has had a career in marketing and accounting and is now back at UNSW studying Exercise Physiology. She is also a qualified yoga instructor, certified in Bikram yoga and children’s yoga.

About the Yoga

Diane’s yoga will guide you to immerse yourself into your inner being.  The class will be taught with clear verbal instructions so you can concentrate on just listening and moving your whole body as one instead of watching your instructor on screen.  Listening is the key to a mindful yoga practise. Diane will be the watching intently and will give ongoing corrections.

Classes will be gentle with simple movements to release hips, stretch spines and backs. Numbers will be kept small to allow for personal attention – up to 10 people per class only.
