Dr Nicole Avard is the Medical Director of Metluma and a clinician with a strong focus on women’s health, prevention, and long term wellbeing. She works at the intersection of clinical care and innovation, with a particular interest in menopause and midlife health, and how these impact not just physical health, but also cognition, energy, mental health and performance.
Through her work, Nicole is focused on addressing some of the biggest gaps in care and the need for more personalised, proactive approaches to treatment. She is particularly passionate about supporting women to feel empowered in their health care journey and decision making.
At Metluma, she leads the development of more modern, data-driven models of care that aim to improve access, outcomes, and the overall experience of healthcare.
