Join Angela for Tai Chi
There is significant evidence of the health benefits of Tai Chi, from more than 500 trials and 120 systematic reviews. It has been shown to improve balance and aerobic capacity, as well as increase wellbeing and improve sleep. In October we will once again host Angela Zhu for four sessions of Tai Chi. Angela is a Qi Gong and Tai Chi Instructor accredited by Kung Fu Wushu NSW Inc.
Classes in October are offered free, at lunchtime, and are suitable for everyone. The classes are offered indoors in a different location each week across both upper and lower Kensington campus. No special clothing or mats are required and you will not get sweaty.

Tuesday 9 October: Ainsworth Building, Room 201
Tuesday 16 October: Law Building, Room 101
Tuesday 23 October: Mathews Building, Room 104
Tuesday 30 October: Webster Building, Room 250
All classes start at 12pm and run for one hour.
