Mindfulness - Creating Meaningful Moments

Mindfulness is the state of being in the moment, being non-reactive and non-judgmental to the environment around us. Mindfulness can give us focus, improve the quality of our time, and lead to greater productivity, life satisfaction, and happiness.

In this guided mindfulness session, you'll actively learn and utilise mindfulness.
