Self-Care: Taking Care of Yourself - A crucial step for successfully managing work and family

Are you stressed, tired and have little or no time for self-care?

If you answered ‘YES!’, then you’re not alone. Perhaps you find, like many employees who juggle work and family life, that self-care is the first thing to go when you’re struggling to effectively manage the limited time you have. However, I’m sure you’ve seen that not taking care of yourself has a negative impact on many areas of your life including your physical and mental wellbeing, your interactions with children, family and friends as well as your work performance.

This webinar explores:

  • What self-care is
  • Why self-care is so important for you, your family and your workplace
  • How to identify and overcome the barriers and the guilt related to self-care
  • Practical strategies for self-care for busy working parents and their family
  • Questions and answer session

By attending this session, working parents and carers will have the opportunity to reflect on their limiting beliefs and the barriers to self-care and be inspired to take care of themselves with simple, achievable self-care activities. Even small changes can bring about improvements in personal wellbeing which enables employees to better manage all the responsibilities of work and family life.

Self-Care: Taking Care of Yourself will be held at 1pm on Wednesday 2 April 2025
