Understanding and Responding to Mental Threats

Mental threats often emerge from the stories about our lives that we tell ourselves and the things that we imagine. This is important, since the brain perceives mental threats to be as real as physical threats. In this webinar we will explore why this evolutionary response can sometimes be unhelpful. The webinar will also explore what strategies we can use to reduce our stress, anxiety and maintain our overall wellbeing.
