Come along to Rita Holland's popular workshop on wellbeing and resilience!
The broad aims of this workshop include and are not limited to:
- Learn about the science of wellbeing and resilience
- Understand stress and burn out
- Explore nine techniques to increase well-being
- Goal setting to build wellbeing and resilience
- Create self-accountability and support for each other
This workshop will be held on Wednesday 20 May, from 9.30am - 12.30pm in the Mathews Building, Room 214.
