Work-Family Support Series is back for 2023

The Work-Family Support Series was a hit with staff in 2022 so it is coming back for 2023!

When you take part in the program you will receive practical strategies on supporting family wellbeing and managing day-to-day parenting challenges on a range of common issues. You'll also learn about research findings on wellbeing, parenting and child development, and pick up tips to better manage work and family - and develop your confidence and skills as a parent so you can reduce family stress and be more focused and productive at work.

  • 16 March - Parenting Support: Avoiding the pitfalls of parenting by "what others will think"
  • 15 June - Managing kids screen time: Strategies for safe technology use
  • 17 August - Relationships: Overcoming sibling rivalry and peer conflict
  • 14 September - Mental wellbeing: Strategies to support children's mental health
  • 19 October - Self-regulation: Supporting children to develop this important life skill
  • 16 November - Family Safety: What parents can do to help stop violence against girls and women

All webinars run from 1pm - 2pm with time for Q&A.

Replays and downloadable handouts are available after each webinar in the Resource Centre. If you registered for the program previously, you will automatically be registered for the 2023 program and can access the Resource Centre immediately.
