This year, Monday 13 October kicks off National Nutrition Week and to celebrate we will be running five nutrition-focussed webinars.

Webinar 1 - Anti-Inflammatory Eating

In this session, we will will learn the core fundamentals of anti-inflammatory eating including key foods to include, which foods you should limit, and practical tips on how you can reduce the inflammatory profile of your diet.

The session will be facilitated by Chloe McLeod from Verde Nutrition. Chloe is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian and Advanced Sports Dietician specialising in gut health, food intolerances and sports nutrition.

Webinar 2 - Sleep, Stress, and Food

In this session, we will learn all about the impact that sleep and stress can have on food intake, as well as common pitfalls that people fall into, including how to optimally time your caffeine intake, the role of carbs in sleep as well as tips for managing your appetite.

Webinar 3 - How to get into a Positive Food Routine

In this session, we will learn simple tools and tricks to help you get into a positive food routine without the stress, including tips on staying in a positive food routine, managing emotional eating and planning for barriers.

Webinar 4 - Nutrition Myth Busting

In this session, we will learn about some of the most common nutrition myths including around carbohydrates, performance nutrition, the truth about gluten, whether we need to be avoiding dairy, and if sugar substitutes are actually a healthy choice.
