Practical Tools for Micro Pauses

Join Culture & Development Consultant Georgina King for this 45 minute experiential session.

Practical Tools for Micro Pauses introduces a simple practical framework - Park, Pause, Prepare (the 3Ps) to support you in intentionally creating more micro pauses throughout your day. Micro pauses can better support your personal effectiveness and wellbeing.

The 3Ps framework broadly relates to:

  • Mindfulness
  • Emotional Intelligence

You will come away from the session with some practical tools to explore and experiment with to support your wellbeing.

This session will be run twice during Health and Wellbeing Month, on the following dates:

  • Wednesday 6 October, 12pm-12.45pm
  • Tuesday 19 October, 12pm-12.45pm
