Avoiding Burnout: Self-care for working parents and kids

The six-month Family Wellbeing Program will provide parents and families with sustainable wellbeing practices that you can embed into family life. 

The first session, Avoiding Burnout: Self-care for working parents and kids, will be held at 12pm on Thursday 15 July. 

This session will assist parents to overcome the barriers to self-care and provide realistic family self-care strategies.
