VP GO Booster Fitness Classes

UNSW Wellbeing has arranged special booster fitness classes to be provided during the Destination GO challenge.

The classes will be low-impact, designed to be flexible on your joints while providing an effective full-body workout. Using minimal equipment, this class focuses on building strength, flexibility, and balance. Suitable for all fitness levels, it's the perfect way to stay active and energised.

You don't need to bring anything. You don't need to change clothes, but comfortable clothes and footwear would be ideal. You won't need a shower afterwards. Bring your colleagues along at luncthime and get some steps to move you up the leaderboard!

  • Wednesday 21 June - 12:15pm-1pm - Village Green (meet at the Pavilion)
  • Wednesday 28 June - 12:15pm-1pm - Village Green (meet at the Pavilion)
  • Wednesday 5 July - 12:15pm-1pm - Village Green (meet at the Pavilion)
