Cooking Demonstration - Dinner in a Dash

UNSW Wellbeing has arranged three cooking demonstrations across Health and Wellbeing Month. In these demonstrations, dietician Gemma Monaghan will take you through healthy, simple recipes that you can make at home, whilst explaining the different nutritional components and why they are important for your health. 

You are welcome to just tune in and watch, or join in the session and cook along with Gemma. Participants can also ask nutrition-related questions to Gemma during the event.

Dinner in a Dash

At the end of a long day, you may not want to spend hours in the kitchen preparing food. It doesn't need to be that hard. In this session, we take on a quick and healthy dinner option you too can make at home. In this session we will be cooking Easy Beef and Veggie Pasta.
