Focus on Mindfulness in May

Mindfulness is the state of being in the moment, being non-reactive and non-judgmental to the environment around us. Mindfulness can give us focus and improve the quality of our time, leading to greater productivity, life satisfaction, and happiness. It can increase positive emotions, improve physical health and lower levels of stress, depression and anxiety. 

In May, we will be focusing on mindfulness with an introductory webinar on Mindfulness, four mindfulness practice sessions, and a mindful eating meditation. These events will help you to develop your own regular mindfulness practice, and unlock all the benefits that mindfulness has to offer!
